QUASAR4500 is a metal welding for heating medium and small high-frequency welder. Adopting low-power and energy-saving design, the German high-frequency generator is controlled by precise algorithm to continuously output stable high-frequency and quickly achieve consistent heating inside and outside the product, avoiding the influence of uneven heating on the product quality and visible light damage to the operator's eyesight . Its output power up to 2KW, to ensure the rapidity of product warming. According to customer's production demand, it can be configured with infrared temperature control equipment (600 ℃ -900 ℃), temperature control accuracy up to 0.5 ℃, to ensure product quality, while welding temperature adjustment digital display, easy to operate simple. High-frequency output head trimming can be adjusted by triaxial linear adjustment, effectively and accurately move to the desired location, to achieve high-precision positioning. The machine comes with a detection system, fault tips and alarm information display, the safety of the EU CE certification.
